Dar El Oloum College for Science and Technology Concludes Its Examinations in Khartoum

After successfully completing its academic year through both in-person and online learning across its diverse programs—including Medicine and Surgery, Medical Laboratory Sciences, Nursing Sciences, Administrative Sciences, Economics and Banking Studies, Law, and Information Technology—Dar El Oloum College for Science and Technology has concluded the second-semester examinations for the 2024–2025 academic year.
The college officially returned to its original campus in the Al-Lamab district of Khartoum, where it resumed operations. The examinations witnessed a remarkable turnout from students, with the main campus accommodating significantly larger numbers compared to the college’s other centers, both inside and outside Sudan. These include branches in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, and Uganda, as well as in Sudanese cities such as Khartoum, Dongola, Al-Duweim, Kassala, and Sennar.
The Board of Trustees, chaired by Professor Omar Mohamed Al-Toum, had earlier resolved to relocate back to the original campus, which has undergone extensive renovations in some of its facilities while others remain under maintenance. This decision was made in response to the national call for public and private institutions to return to their original headquarters in safe states, thereby contributing to the normalization of life and the resumption of social and economic activities.
In this context, the college has carried out several community service initiatives in collaboration with the Higher Council for Youth and Sports, as well as with leading international universities. Notably, it has partnered with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, affiliated with the League of Arab States, following a meeting between the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Professor Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Academy.
Meanwhile, Professor Ibrahim Mohamed Adam, Dean of the College, confirmed that the senior administration—including himself, Dr. Mohamed Adam Omar Monfal, Secretary of Academic Affairs, Professor Al-Tayeb Abdel Wahab Mohamed Mostafa, Coordinator of Quality Assurance and Postgraduate Studies, and Dr. Salahuddin Deng Ajok, Coordinator of the Information Technology Program, along with other senior administrative leaders—have resumed their duties from their offices at the main campus in preparation for the upcoming academic year.
The college has already admitted a considerable number of new students and is currently finalizing arrangements to enroll additional students in the available seats across its academic programs.
